Vinfico S.A. is a financial education platform. We do not provide financial, investment or currency exchange services, nor any service regulated by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA), the National Securities Commission (CNV) or other regulatory bodies. All content on this Site is exclusively educational and informational and does not constitute investment advice or recommendation of any financial product or asset. Vinfico S.A. is not responsible for: (a) Financial decisions made by the user based on site content. (b) Losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the Site. (c) The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of published information, although we strive to keep it up to date. (d) Service interruptions due to technical reasons beyond our control. The user uses the Site at their own risk.

Vinfico S.A. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real-time update of such data. For actual exchange transactions, the user must consult their bank or an authorised exchange house.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
