We collect the data you provide when completing the contact form: full name, email address and message content. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and session duration.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your data for the following purposes: (a) To handle your inquiry and respond appropriately, based on your consent. (b) To improve the website's content and performance, based on our legitimate interest. (c) To comply with applicable legal obligations under Argentine law. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for the periods required by applicable Argentine legislation, in particular Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contacto@vinfico.com stating your full name, the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID. We will respond within the legally established timeframes. The data subject has the right to access their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months (Art. 14, Law 25,326). The AAIP, supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from affected persons.
8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.
